Annie Kilner has agreed to spend Christmas with her husband Kyle Walker as the couple decide to put aside divorce plans over the festive period.

It was earlier reported that Walker, who has fathered two children with former Love Island contestant Lauryn Goodman, was begging for “one last chance” with long-time partner Annie Kilner – as they fight to save a marriage that has generated divorce speculation.

It was during the festive period in 2023 that Goodman made Kilner aware that her husband was the father of her daughter, the pair having already had a son together. Kilner went on to throw Walker out of the house they shared, however, she later took him back as the Manchester City star continues to live in the Cheshire mansion that they share with their four children. Now reports that Walker's wife has agreed to spend Christmas with him. The player will be with his family on Christmas morning before joining the City squad ahead of their Boxing Day fixture against Everton.

A source told : "It’s been a horrible 12 months. But huge credit to Annie. Despite everything Kyle has done, she couldn’t bear the thought of him waking up alone on Christmas Day without his children. They’re putting everything to one side to save the kids from any more heartache."
